Files linked to from this page are in 3 different file formats. Newsletters and training tools are in PDF format. This is the Portable Document Format and can be viewed on all computers in many applications including the free Acrobat viewer which can be downloaded here

Personalised documents (that need editing to your own details) are in both DOC and ODT/ODS formats. The DOC format is for use with Micosoft Word and compatible applications. ODT/ODS files can be easily created and edited using the free OpenOffice application suite downloadable from here

Unless you already have Microsoft Office or a similar suite, I would highly recommend that you install OpenOffice. This software will allow you to read, edit and create word processing documents, spreadsheets, Powerpoint presentations etc. and will be a valuable tool for your business. If you are not on broadband and can't download the suite send me an email and I'll post you a CD copy.
